Buyers are looking for warmth and “sparkle.” Perhaps furniture needs to be rearranged or removed. Would greenery or other color accents add interest? The way you live in your home and the way you sell your home are two completely different things. Let me help you prepare your home for it to be displayed to its best advantage. You do not get a second chance to make a great first impression!

HOW CAN I HELP YOU? I will access your needs during a very detailed consultation. For most homes, this will take approximately an hour and a half. The fee for this is $125. Depending on whether your home is furnished with your own belongings, or the home is vacant - and keeping your budget in mind - we will decide what action to take to best enhance your home and appeal to the vast majority of home shoppers. After viewing the property and consulting with you, I will prepare a quote offering several options to stage the home. I will leave you with a list of many ideas that will add value to your home and you may choose to implement these yourself. If you decide you would like me to stage the property for you, the $125 you have paid for the consultation will be deducted from the total staging quote (within 30 days.) Staging can encompass just a few niches here and there, or you may decide to redesign/stage the entire house. Each home needs to be accessed individually. After (below): Simple window panels replace the outdated draperies, the sofa and loveseat were slip covered and the furniture was rearranged to take advantage of the room. The room was brightened and updated and is now ready to list and sell!

STAGING EMPTY ROOMS DOESN'T ALWAYS REQUIRE A GREAT DEAL OF FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES. A DINING TABLE HAS A MUCH MORE INVITING FEEL WHEN IT APPEARS TO BE SET AND READY TO WELCOME GUESTS.
